Once you enter through the entrance gates of the walled garden you are in your own breathtaking, private world.  The 50 square meter luxury tent is high-set on a large deck, built around huge ancient trees, and has uninterrupted views across  the water to the offshore islands.  Plunge pool, deck lounges and a ladder into the water  invites you to immediately disrobe, relax and embrace the tropical lifestyle.

The luxury tent  oozes the romance of yesteryear with luxurious ceiling canopies, four poster bed and the casual elegance of French colonial style furnishings.  Cool and comfortable with only canvas separating you from nature, your senses are soothed and stimulated by the ambiance of your surrounds and the feeling that you are couple alone and a part of nature.

The separate bathing pavilion continues the theme of sensual delights featuring marble, a French tub for two and a garden, double rain shower. From the tub or the shower you can open the white timber shutters and enjoy an ocean view while bathing together.

While the retreat has a fully equipped kitchen and a bar-b-q for self catering purposes your hosts provide the option of catered in house dining. Alternatively, guests have a choice of dining at a choice of three restaurants that are close by.

 For sports enthusiasts there is no need to miss that footy match with a sports bar only 5 minutes away. Activities such as diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, canoeing, trekking, snorkeling are also available within a 5 kilometre radius and can be booked by your hosts prior  to  arrival.

May 2011 update

The building work on Hidden Cove is continuing at a good pace. The first and most opulent of the tented villa's is nearing completion. The decking and pool has been completed with the entrance and stone courtyard walls in progress. The bathroom and kitchen buildings are waiting for the final fit out and should be completed within the next month.

The first of the villa's will be the largest, situated at the end of the coral road between the forest and the ocean. The 50 square luxury tent is Vanuatu's most unique  eco retreat  placed on private decks  built around massive ancient trees that overhang the rugged coastline.  Designed for the romantic at heart it features exotic draped ceilings and four poster french bed. Complete privacy within a walled garden with private plunge pool and access directly into the ocean from the deck gives a real feeling of exclusivity. This Villa is completely self contained with a private kitchen,  BBQ facilities and bathroom with a french tub for two.
